Yoga changed to OFF DAY

I know...sounds bad. Woke up early for first day of conference....-1 degrees outside and I had to walk to the metro (about a quarter mile) Not FUN! Conference was good. Went to lunch and had a salad with steak with dressing on side. Snack was a protein bar in the morning and almonds in the afternoon. Dinner was pushed to 8 so I also had another protein bar at 5:30 to help with breaking up the meals. I did break down and have a beer with friends though...however they drank a lot..and I stopped after 1!!! Didn't really even feel like drinking...because I thought of the calories and that would equal like 20 minutes of extra plyo workout and it wasnt worth it to me:) Dinner was chicken lettuce wrap. Minched chicken and veggies eaten out of a big piece of lettuce that you use like a tortilla..really good. Since we are staying at a casino we had to play a little so I lost $40 and now im here.

Pushed to no workout because I have nothing after 5 tomorrow so i can workout and then on sat. after my sessions I can do the kenpo x. Sunday will be my yoga day! AFter that I'm excited to see how far my body has come.
I'm super proud of myself for doing well today when surrended by bad choices and things I used to love to eat and drink....hopefully it shows that I have changed and are on the road to a better me.
