Ate very clean today again! Getting really proad of myself for that. I'm not even hungry! I have been eating whole grains, veggies, and lean meats and following the p90x diet pretty well. I really don't eat how they ask but I'm eating very clean. Try to keep fruit out of the diet right now because of the sugar content...I also eat almonds for snacks between breakfast lunch and a protein bar between lunch and dinner and throw in a protein shake after working out. Overall feel really good about my eating habits right now. My one down fall is diet soda...i currently drink about 24 -30 oz a day! I know thats not good..but will try to lower it as the days go by!
Workout today killed me. This workout is insane. I cut about 5-10 secs. off every set and it still killed me. My goal before the end of this is to kill plyos! ITs crazy how much I sweat during this workout. I still feel that this is one of the hardest one hour workouts I have ever done....
The good thing is that I hit play again and that makes 9 days in a row! 81 left to see the new me:)
