AGAIN...i spent 20 minutes writing a great post about how much I love this workout and when I went to post it came up as an error. so...the workout is great...I think it is great for me and will hope it helps in my unflexability!
Diet is good...did eat whole wheat pasta for dinner...small portion...is that bad for dinner? Does that matter that I'm eating complex carbs at 6?
Skipped yesterday's workout due to working late and LOST!!!! will push it to a later date...

Hang in there- my weight is slow to come off too but I can definitely see a difference in how my clothes fit.
I will try to post some pics at week 4 (next thurs).
