Well ...I finished my off week..missed two workouts due to family outings and also ate a cheat meal on sunday with the family. Feel ok with it though because I have ate very clean and also worked out really hard.
This morning I weighed in at 183 pounds
waist was 35 in
right thigh 23
left thigh 23
left arm 13
right arm 13
will take picutres Friday morning and post them to the blog...Think I have made some changes...over 3.5 in off my waist in less then 30 days! FEel good about that.I'm off to work out now and then will post about that.
