day 6 kenpo x
My legs are not as sore as I thought they would be. Now don't get me wrong they hurt..but not as bad as I was thinking they would. Now my calfs are a different story. Every step makes them hurt. So I woke up earlier after having a rough night of coughing. Made breakfast (hot whole grain cereal) for my daughter and me and then watched come cartoons as I worked on my mid-term exam. After lunch, a turkey and chicken with baby spinach sandwich, I watched some tv and then hit play at started Kenpo X. My shoes kept sticking into our carpet so I didn't feel as smooth as they looked on tv. However, I made it through this workout with dying. I really didn't think it was super hard. It did get my heart rate going and I dropped about two pounds of sweat but didn't feel like I was going to throw up like I did in some of the other workouts! I'm happy to say I completed week one. My body hurts but I finished. I will weigh myself on Monday morning and take all my measurements. I forgot to take my BF measurements the first day so will do that on monday with a skin fold caliber. I really don't care how much weight I lose. All I Care about is losing body fat and becoming more healthy!!!
