Legs/Back

Been a long week. Didn't mean to let my posts go to the wayward this week. Overall a good week for working out. I did miss a workout on wed. and then on friday instead of p90x I played soccer for two hours...felt really good playing wise...didn't struggle with the lungs this time:) Today I did legs and back and remember how much I hated it...or is it love it...No matter what it is so hard that I had to hit pause again a few times this time around. I'm feeling it now....what a workout! I wonder ho many calories I burn in a session like that? The whole time I'm breathing hard/sweating and trying to keep my thoughts off how much pain my legs are in:)
tomorrow I'm going to double up with kenpo in the morning and x stretch in the afternoon..
