Sunday jan 18

The conference was good this year. I;m super happy that I stuck to my diet and pretty much followed it to a t....except for tonight when I shared a piece of 100 calorie snack with my daughter:) It was really good!

I did have 2 beers last night with some friends but feel ok with that as i worked out hard for three weeks.

As for my work outs I had to change some things around. I left my power cord to my computer at home and didn't have a way to watch the videos since my battery died. I did however have the legs/back format written down and I tried to follow it all the way through. Since I didn't have a pullup bar I used dumbell rows, and other back exercises. OVer alll I hurt afterwards!
SAt I ran on the treadmill/elipitical/ and stairstepper each for 15 minutes with 30 sec hard then recovery...30 sec hard. Had a great sweat. I tried to throw punches during this time and my arms feel like they are going to fall off.
Today I played soccer with the guys and felt pretty good. Still out of shape in regards to that but overall much better.
I will weigh in tomorrow and post my new measurements to see if I made any improvement this week. I'm also looking forward to recovery week. My body needs it!
