p90x with a twist

so I don't feel like paying $75 dollars to workout at the gym for 3 months..and since our workout area at the school is being redone....im staying with p90x until insanity comes out...
I however am adding something stuff to it.. 3 days a week of HIIT cardio in the morning...
a typical workout goes like this. 5 min warmup and then 1 min light work...followed by 1 min hard as possible..2 min very light 1 min all out...cont for 12 min...followed by 5 min cooldown/stretch.. and 3 days of the week light cardio up to an hour per session

on monday I did chest and back.....I did my back exercises down stairs and my pushups upstairs...ran up and down the stairs inbetween to push heart rate up. Killed this workout today!!! and that was my second workout of the day!

Tue
went for a light 60 min walk with luca right after lunch. it was nice and lowkey but helped with burning some extra calories.

after dinner rested until 8 and then im going to rock plyometrics !!! gotta love it...
its the one workout I don't look forward to but once I'm done I feel so good aobut myself and glad that I pushed myself through it:)
