no matter what...don't miss a workout...is starting to be my motto...i worked out at 11 pm last night...legs and back..me vs the workout...laid on the floor afterwards and felt good..peaceful...relaxed...tired...
felt good that I didn't go to bed because I was tired...day was long...didn't fit it in when I usually do after I put my daughter to bed because my wife wanted to watch a movie....so I did...then worked out while she was feeding luca and putting him to bed....overall great workout...
kenpo was good....it is a workout that goes fast though so I made it through at 10 pm...then took a shower and relaxed a bit before heading to bed...
overall great week....6 workouts...and pushed through...hoping to up the intensity next week...
