so weighed myself today and I weigh the same as last week? Waist is the same too???
I worked hard last week...i did have a cheat day this weeknd....I thought that was supposed to help me?
REally disappointed from this! Very unmotivating really..it sucks...when yu work hard...do whatr your supposed to do and dont see results...i guess i need to tweak my food intake...or cut some carbs out...i don't know...i've been eating healthy...consuming lots of water...working hard...i m going to try to do some more walking this week...and throw in an early morning cardio x ....hope to lose 2 pounds of fat this week...
workout was good...hit it hard...and pushed myself..

That does suck. I have had that happen to me MANY times the past 6 years. Just keep pushing thru and something along the way triggers a response. It's weird and never the science you think it's going to be. It's at those points you have to take your mind off the numbers and focus on how you feel inside and out. Stronger? More Energy? Healthier? Those blow any numbers out of the park. Still we love hard core stats. Been there and still am there.
