finished the week good. Ate good all week...and cheated on fathers day. Think that it wont have any effect on my week's good workouts...going to push hard through next week and throw in some early morning cardio this week...added a few walks last week and am looking forward to see if that helped at all.
REally starting to make all of this a habit and am looking forward to what I can do with my body before the end of july.....
