well...i decided today that I'm going to hit up the new workout coming out in july. My fitness is starting to get decent again and I'm hoping to keep losing bodyfat over the next few weeks. so I made up my mind to up my workout tonight to see how far I Could push my body. Took the work outside to the soccer field. Put some cones up about 20 yards apart. Did a typical soccer warmup that takes about 8-10 minutes with light stretching...then into the plyo workout. I have done it so many times that I pretty much know it from heart:) i cut the rep time t 20 sec...but after each 4 part round (usually repeats it self) I threw in 5 all out sprints...with a light...i mean light..jog/walk back to cone...then went back into plyo...talk about hard....my heart rate was near 180 the whole time! to say the least it kicked my butt...but..i was able to workout for 50 mins. this way...my sprint at the end was more like a jog...but I pushed myself...going to go for a nice walk in the morning with luca to help with the soreness that I already know im going to have...looking forward to seeing if shawn t can whip me into even better shape...
i must be crazy:)
