well took my measurements this morning and showed a two gain pound of muscle...and only less then a .5 pounds of fat! not a great week...means I ate to much!!!!
the good thing is gaining lean body mass is always a good thing. In the mirror im looking a lot more muscular which is nice!!
however, my overall goal is to retain lbm and lose a great amount of fat weight...im still about 16 % bodyfat and I wanted to be around 12 by the end of july. I still have time to do that.
This is a recovery week and next week im going to change things up and not do all of p90x ..
im going to do full body weight training 3x per week..with plyo and yoga still on tue/thur/ and add early morning pre eating cardio sessions of 30-40 minutes...

with sunday a total off day...
I will do 2-3 sets with no rest in between exercises using 8 compound movements with pullups/dips at the beg of the circut training..hoping to get the heart rate real up with no rest and prepare myself for insanity coming in july!!!!
