Yoga

well I did yoga today, well that is what I attempted. Yoga is not an easy workout. I was sweating bullets after about 20 minutes. This workout is tough. I was falling all over the place and some of the moves are past my ability. However, I did attempt it and think it will really help me with my life. I felt good afterwards (even though I fast forwarded through some parts..:() I think this is going to be more worse workout day of the 90 days. I do want to get better at it and next week I'm going to go for the full 90 minutes. I think it will really help with my back and hips because they have been beat up for 20 years playing soccer! I know already that this is a workout that I'm going to love to hate...Tomorrow is legs and my legs do feel a bit tired after this workout so I'm going to blast them some more!
Diet was really good today again. I didn't eat any fruit...but did have carbs for breakfast and lunch...with veggies at lunch and dinner as well.
Tomorrow going to start adding fruit into my diet as well.
