kicked my butt today!
I actually threw up after doing the workout today..pushed my body to the limit I guess. I did more in each set and felt pretty good as the workout went on..Starting getting light headed in the second set but pushed hardier....lost my guts...laid down for about 10 mins...and then hit ab ripper X ...is that a bad thing? I was just thinking about getting ripped and losing body fat with every push up and pull up...knowing what I want and having my goals in my mind at all times has seemed to really help the last couple days with everything...
My friend game me a book called burn the fat feed the muscle...which is a MUST read for anyone wanting to change their lives...please check it out..Will post my 60 day pics later this week!!!
A good tip for anyone is write your goals down in positive words...and carry with you at all times...I make sure to repeat my goals every morning and before every meal..it is what goes into the body that makes the difference!
