oopps..

well...i kind of slacked this week.. Only got three workouts ins...no excuses...ive put other things in front of my fitness.. my diet hasn't been great...but not horrible either...did have a brownie and some icecream this week...but...overall the week I ate decent...
going to attack tomorrow and the rest of these 90 days hard...i don't want to stop changing or put behind me all that hardwork....see you tomorrow...with a renewed sense of mind
