a week of laid back workouts...skipped the last yoga and played some soccer instead... Ran a couple miles this week as well. Still feel that x stretch is a great workout and my body is sore from core. overall a good 90 days..didn't follow the plan to a T but did get good results. One is that none of my clothes fit anymore:) I;m taking 5 pairs of dress pants to the tailors on monday to get them resized! plus I bought a new outfit for work size 32 pants.. a little snug but where I'm heading they are going to be perfect...maybe even loose in a month or so! I will take pics tomorrow morning before work.

Arms:14.5 13.5 (but look much bigger!) was down to 12.75 and moved up
bodyfat:26% 15% 11% loss (WOW)
starting round two today! goal is to get below 10% body fat in the next round...I have never been this low....wish me good luck!!!! STay posted as I post weekly stats and this time weekly pics....I really want to push myself this round because I'm feeling fitter and more determined to get the results I Want. This program has helped change my life and im happy to say that my wife is even considering to try starting next week...she has already lost all of the baby weight but wants to get toned up now...she should be cleared next week to start working out...wants to jump in and do the core work while she starts running again...and lifting weights for a few weeks to prepare herself for her first round:)
