vacation/missed workouts

now I have not quite p90x...i did however take a week off. Since the baby has was born ,sleep has been less then usually. Also, i went on a short 5 day vacation to my wife's sister's house. I left my computer at home bag at home on accident and that is where my p90x videos were kept. I did however, get several good runs..and did pushups and core workouts...I did not eat as healthy as usually too...I know not what I should have done in the 90 day transformation. I am going to repeat last week and instead of doing a 90 i will do 97 instead.

I am going to start doubles for the last 3 weeks. Since we will be doing soccer workouts in the afternoons I will be jumping into the fitness with the guys to get around 1 to 1.5 hours of extra workouts in.. Workouts consist of speed agility drills. and other short burst of work with minimum rest. Will see if it helps burn some extra fat. I also will be running in the evening with the guys on longdistance days. I went for some runs last week and actually felt good. First night went for a 4 mile run and made it through really easy...will see how tomorrow goes with the guys and then 90x when I get home
