friday night legs/back/abs date!

started working out at 8:30 after i put my daughter to bed. HAd a nice little date with legs/back and abs..What a date let me tell you. This workout is so hard. My legs shake..i sweat....i breath hard...and for some reason I actually like it :) it is going to make my run tomorrow morning really fun. I did get over 10 reg pullups on my first set in all but super wide grip ...I only got 8. plus I did at least 5 more with the chair on each set! I couldn't even do 2 when I started:) Overall decent week with workouts..and ok with food. Will be back on track from now on...keep watching for the change:)
