April 8

Missed my last several posts on here. So far workouts are going good. I missed two last week (fri/sat) due to being at the hospital with my family while my g-pa is slipping away. Did do some core work and pushups though.

Can't believe that I'm still sore after workout outs. My abs are dead today and so is my chest/back from the other day! I guess that is what muscle confusion is all about? Does this get better? I do know that I'm slowly getting stronger with every workout and that the little extra I do with the soccer team with playing/running has helped a bit more as well. I really need to do some morning cardio on an empty stomach to further my fat loss. My goals are big and I want to get there before summer! Wish me luck:)
