another week down!
Another week down missed two workouts last week...but overall good week...lost 1 pound of fat ...so im happy...if I could lose a pound of fat every week...i would be a very happy man!!!! its not my goal of two...but its still good...next week is recovery week...and then doubles!!!I will be getting up 3/4 days a week in the morning and throwing in cardio to help the fat loss...my goal of under 10 percent body fat by aug...is still on track...lets hope I have my abs ready by then:)
