Day 3 shoulders, arms, and ab ripper x

Woke up this morning very sore. Had a hard time rolling out of bed. I guess that means I'm doing something right? p90x is no joke. Had a bowl of whole wheat cereal and some mixed fruit for breakfast and then played with my daughter all morning. For lunch finished off a bowl of tortilla soup (no tortillas though!). It is pretty much chicken, corn, and black beans. Then went on to my workout after about an hour. Today was by far my best workout so far. Made it through with out having to take an extra break. Felt the burn to say the least! Afterwards my daughter and I (she is two) went on to ab ripper X. Didn't do so well. My abs still hurt from monday and only did about 10 reps per exercise. Still feel like someone punched me in the stomach. Hope that as the 90 days go on I will be able to put more into this workout. So far so good on the diet though. My biggest problem is still coke zero. Slowly adding more water and less of this. Hope to curb it down to 1 a day soon and then slowly to just a few a week. I have heard mixed reports about how even diet soda can lead to weight gain. 3 days down. 86 more to go. Check back tomorrow when I bring it again!!!!
