WOW..is about all I have to say. It kicked my butt. My heart rate was out the roof and had a very hard time getting through the workout. Today was shoulders and back.. Which meant a lot of different pushups and pullups. I totally wasn't ready for this. I'm very out of shape and had to push myself throught it. Afterwards I sat on the floor tring to catch me breath and let my body cool down. Still have to go and do the ab ripper X but im having a hard time loading it into my computer. Might wait until later today to do it. I can tell already my body is going to hurt later for this! The good thing is that I brought it on day one and finished. 89 more days to my transformation. I will also add my pre-90x pictures will add pics on monday of every week to help track progress.
