Day 3 shoulders, arms, and ab ripper x
Woke up this morning very sore. Had a hard time rolling out of bed. I guess that means I'm doing something right? p90x is no joke. Had a bowl of whole wheat cereal and some mixed fruit for breakfast and then played with my daughter all morning. For lunch finished off a bowl of tortilla soup (no tortillas though!). It is pretty much chicken, corn, and black beans. Then went on to my workout after about an hour. Today was by far my best workout so far. Made it through with out having to take an extra break. Felt the burn to say the least! Afterwards my daughter and I (she is two) went on to ab ripper X. Didn't do so well. My abs still hurt from monday and only did about 10 reps per exercise. Still feel like someone punched me in the stomach. Hope that as the 90 days go on I will be able to put more into this workout. So far so good on the diet though. My biggest problem is still coke zero. Slowly adding more water and less of this. Hope to curb it down to 1 a day soon and then slowly to just a few a week. I have heard mixed reports about how even diet soda can lead to weight gain. 3 days down. 86 more to go. Check back tomorrow when I bring it again!!!!

Day 2 plyometrics
Well I woke up super sore this morning from working out yesterday. Waited until after lunch to do plyometrics so I could get some house work done. I have always been a pretty fit person until a couple of years ago. I've ran marathons, played high level soccer, and have usually lifted weights. For the past two-three years I've let my body go though. Well today I killed it! It was by far probably the hardest one hour workout I've ever had. My legs were shot before the warmup was even over! To say that this this is a tough workout is not giving it credit. I don't even want to think about how my body is going to feel tomorrow. The great thing is that I hit play and did the workout and made it through. I had to take several breaks in the middle and didn't do even half the speed that they did. I know that as the weeks go on I will be able to build up in my speed and workrate. Two days down and 87 more to go to a new me!!!!!

day 1 workout
WOW..is about all I have to say. It kicked my butt. My heart rate was out the roof and had a very hard time getting through the workout. Today was shoulders and back.. Which meant a lot of different pushups and pullups. I totally wasn't ready for this. I'm very out of shape and had to push myself throught it. Afterwards I sat on the floor tring to catch me breath and let my body cool down. Still have to go and do the ab ripper X but im having a hard time loading it into my computer. Might wait until later today to do it. I can tell already my body is going to hurt later for this! The good thing is that I brought it on day one and finished. 89 more days to my transformation. I will also add my pre-90x pictures will add pics on monday of every week to help track progress.

Not happy with these pre stats but looking forward to see how they change week by week. I will measure the same stats each monday morning before working out. Check back for the change!

One Day Away!
I wil post my starting stats tomorrow morning. I will official start p90x tomorrow and will work out after dropping my daugter off at day care. Should be a fun day getting my butt kicked by an awesome program. I tried doing this last year but got super sick with a flu and ended after 2 weeks of working out. Will make sure I don't quit earlier this time. I want to see how far I can push my body to change! Wish me good luck:)

getting ready
Today is Saturday December 27th 2008
Have decieded to start p90x on monday. Don't feel ready for this transformation but I really need it. I have let my life and body become lazy. I will change as a person and will change my body to something it should be! Check back on Monday to see how the first day goes.
