????

so....I'm still hurting from my ankle injury...not real bad...but not good enough to do plyo yet. I did jog a bit with the guys for a warmup yesterday and it didn't feel good. Hope that it gets better by next week so I can start hitting my workouts head on again. I'm really exicited about insanity. I like pushing myself to new limits. during weights the other day one of my players were doing pullups and did 10 pretty easy. Guys were standing around and bet me I couldn't do 5...(havn't told them I've been working out with p90x:)...I bet them that every pullup after 10 they had to do a 120. they agreed...but if I didn't get to ten I had to 10 120's!!!
well...needless to say I did 17 pullups and they ran afterwards while I stood and smiled...funny thing is ...im almost twice as old as most of them! eating has been a bit off lately..no excuse...just kind have let my eating habits slip a bit...nothing bad though...havn't gained or lost any weight for about 3 weeks now...feel about the same ...hope to push forward and drop down to my 10% body fat during insanity...looking forward to posting about the ups and downs of it:)

back to posting

well I had a great trip to miami, started pre-season, working on 3 master classes at one time, and getting ready for school to start tomorrow!
so needless to say ive been super busy. I have not done p90x for 2 weeks now. Had a really bad ankle sprain from working on the fields and stepping in a big hole. Finally able to walk today without too much pain. Had to take a couple days off .
Just received insanity for a present though! so next monday starts my 60 day journey with it. Please follow along as I tear up my body, learn new things about myself, and continue to follow my journey of being under 10% bodyfat and totally fit!
This week is going to be a week to help finish healing my ankel and circut training at school.
